Cancellations Policy

Please phone to cancel with a minimum of 2hours notice, we don’t mind as long as we know, we may be able to fit someone else in.
Please note: we are unable to check messages when we are on the shop floor cutting.

No shows: will be charged for the missed appointment.

Late arrivals may be turned away
& charged for the missed appointment.
